Happy Thursday y’all! I swear my days are all thrown off this week. It’s heating up in the city again, basically reminding me that global warming is a thing haha. I’m so excited for the weekend and to sleep and get some cleaning done. I spent the majority of my evening last night shopping fro Christmas decorations, only to realize that I don’t want to get rid of my pumpkins yet! Who else is eager to start decorating?

Today I’m sharing a first of many holiday season looks. This oversized burgundy dress screams holiday season, is extremely comfortable, and rings in at under $40. I love burgundy for fall/winter, mainly because my go-to lipstick is always a deep red or plum. I wanted to play up this dress since it’s so minimalistic with a wide metal choker and lace up heels. This choker can be a lot y’all, but when paired the right way it makes the perfect accent! I’ve found it’s better when there’s more of a V-neckline, or anything that isn’t super high. I added a pop of leopard print, and I feel like this clutch is quintessential for the holiday season. It is a little bit more of a splurge, but definitely worth putting it on your list and watching out for holiday sales! I’ve also found a super similar dupe that I love just as much.
