Today, I’m dressing up a casual look with some gorgeous jewelry. Jewelry makes an outfit, everyone knows that, and these accessories from Margaret Elizabeth are too perfect for words. I’ve been known to pair my outfits with large, chunky statement necklaces, so this Spear Necklace was perfect to add a pop of color without looking too gaudy. I love the unique shape of the necklace, but most of all the minty sea foam green color. It’s so different from anything that I own, making it the perfect addition to my closet! Margaret Elizabeth also has so many amazing bangles, like my black druzy one, and let me tell you once you have one you will want them all. I love an arm party, and these bangles are the perfect addition. The pieces themselves are so dainty and elegant, and really make a statement to any kind of outfit you plan to wear. Margaret Elizabeth has so many other gorgeous cuffs, earrings and rings that I’m dying to get my hands on, and right now they are holding a sample sale!

To accent the jewelry, I chose a simple casual look. This white top from H&M has been on repeat since my internship this summer. It can easily be dressed up with a pencil skirt or colored pants, or dressed down with fun, printed shorts like I have here. These shorts match the shade of green in the necklace almost perfectly, and they’re such a fun print! I added my monogram Jack Rogers and a fishtail braid to finish off my casual look! As summer comes to a close I’m still trying to enjoy my shorts weather while I can! It’s only a matter of time before we’re having snow days.
