Happy Friday y’all! This week has gone by so insanely fast
and I love it because next week is the week filled with tests, papers and
projects for me. I’m currently writing from New York and my heart could just
burst it is so happy! After a long day of traveling yesterday, including a
delayed flight and layover in Dallas, I had a low-key evening in Astoria, but
tonight is where the real fun begins! It is cold y’all, like real cold. And I’m
glad that I thought to pack my down coat from Uniqlo along with my thicker
JOA faux fur coat because they are the perfect and much needed pair!

Regardless of the cold weather I’m currently experiencing, I’m
thrilled to share my absolute favorite baby doll dress for spring! Not only is
this She Inside dress the perfect shade of pale pink (and also comes in white),
but also the embroidery detailing on the yoke is too great to pass up! I’ve had
my eye on it for a while, but knew I needed to wait for spring to get close to
even consider it! For the record it’s one size fits all, but I’m 5’10 and it
honestly hits me at a decent length. I do wish it could be a little longer, but
its much more length appropriate with a pair of flats instead of heels! I’m
going to rock this dress all through the city this summer let me tell ya. It
would be so cute paired with a white blazer for work, or gladiator sandals for
happy hour with friends!

of shades of pale pink and nude lipsticks, but after seeing so many other
bloggers testing it out during fashion week I decided to finally cave and test
out one of my samples in my Sephora holiday kit that my mom gave to me for
Christmas. Immediately I was obsessed. I paired too faced ‘naked dolly’ with
make up forever’s 3c aqua lip and it was a match made in heaven, even my
friends loved it! Now that I have some color from tanning (#sorryskin) it
really makes my lips stand out! I took a note from Pinterest and lined my lips
a little bit more than usual, to make them look plumper. I’m truly a fan so be
expecting to see pale lips more often in posts/insta compared to my typical hot
pink or dark lip! What do y’all think? Have a great weekend and thanks for
