Happy Monday y’all! Can we believe the weekend is already
over? I had nearly a full week off from work for the holiday and I can’t
believe it’s already over. One of my good friends from school, Rachel, came to
visit for the weekend and we covered so much ground in such a short time! From
Coney Island and Smorgasborg to cruising the Hudson and watching the fireworks
from a booze cruise, we literally did it all. One of the days we walked through
Central Park and it was funny how the weather changed in a span of 30 minutes.
It went from sprinkling to cloudy to bright, sunny and humid like crazy. We
walked through the park and somehow ended up at the Bethesda Terrace and I was
honestly shocked that I maneuvered us the right way because the park is so big!
I wore this casual romper that is so cute for any occasion. I love a fun print,
and these elephants are too fun! The off the shoulder cut is right on trend for
the moment and the bell sleeves are my favorite part. The one thing that bums
me out is that the fabric isn’t matched up and the poor elephant was cut in
half in the middle of the romper. I added my favorite Bauble Bar bib necklace
to dress up the romper a bit. My favorite Tory Burch sandals tied together the
gold in my necklace, but still looked neutral for the casual day. What do y’all
