Happy Wednesday y’all, or should I say happy Friday because we have a half day today and the rest of the weekend off! I can’t wait for my friend to get here for the fourth and to have some extra days to do things in the city. The weather has slowly changed from rainy and cold to sunny and breezy, it is perfect for the holiday weekend! The weather is way too hot for jeans, so I’ve taken a liking to culottes and other wide legged pant options as opposed to jeans. While I wish the culottes I’m wearing now we’re wider or a size up, they’re still perfect for the weather. Off the shoulder tops are back this summer and just as popular as they were last summer, but in a short sleeve option. I found this Rebecca Minkoff top at Century 21 over the weekend and just nearly squealed because of how perfect it is for summer. It’s great with white skinny jeans and wedges or a fun pair of printed shorts and sandals. It’s lightweight and breathable, perfect for summer. Another off the shoulder option I’m loving is this adorable hot pink pom pom one! I need it in my closet ASAP. I added a gold tassel necklace that you just need in your closet for every occasion.
