Happy Monday y’all! Can we believe it’s already Monday?! I don’t understand how these weekends seem to keep flying by. I officially have 12 days left in the city and I’m a giant combination of upset, excited and anxious. I can’t wait to get back to Norman, move into my new house and begin my senior year but I don’t want to leave New York and all of the fabulous people I’ve had the opportunity of meeting. This week is my best friend Ellen’s last week, and my work-wife Nikki’s last week. My mom will come up next week to help move me out and we’ll head back to Houston on Saturday where I’ll be for a solid day and a half before heading back to Norman! Lauren from The Fashionista’s Diary is coming to visit me this weekend and I can’t wait! We met last year while she was on vacation in New York and I know this weekend with her is going to be SO much fun! What better way to celebrate my last weekend?

Today I’m sharing one of my favorite summer casual looks. I love my sundresses and skirts in the summer, but I find myself gravitating towards my white distressed denim on casual days. This pair is my absolute favorite. They’re so easy to throw on for work and perfect with a pair of wedges and bright colors. I chose to play with pastels and paired this fun mint and periwinkle blue tassel necklace with the pastel peach in my top, perfect combo? I think so!
