Happy Tuesday y’all! I feel like yesterday was the most productive, in a non productive way, kind of day. Do you ever have one of those days where you do everything you don’t need to and nothing you need to? We had 30 mph winds and it was actually the craziest thing I ever experienced. It was so hard to open the door or walk to class! The perks of living in Oklahoma “where the wind comes sweeping down the plains,” I guess?

Today I’m excited to share one of my favorite beginning-of-fall looks! There’s nothing I love more than an oversized sweater dress, and this one is so lightweight and perfect for the earlier months. It’s a great purple and gold combo, which is also perfect for my second favorite schools football season-LSU! With the dark purple running through the dress, I opted for one of my favorite fall/winter elements, a dark purple lip! As soon as the weather cools down and I get my booties out of storage I immediately whip out my favorite fall lipstick and lip liner, Mac Rebel Lipstick and Nightmoth Lipliner. I love how a dark lip brings out the contouring detail in winter months, especially because I find myself ten shades lighter than spring/summer. I love how comfortable this dress is and it would be perfect for traveling over the holidays!

The craziest part is that this dress is $12.99! It’s no longer available at the website I purchased it at, but I found the exact same dress on another retailers website for a fraction of the price. I’m wearing a large for extra comfort. What do y’all think? Have a great day and thanks for reading!
