Happy Wednesday y’all! I’m starting to gear up for another weekend with my family in Norman for Dad’s day, but my friend who lives in New York, Caitlyn, is also coming for the game! She went to OU and I didn’t meet her until she was living in New York, but she always lets me stay on her couch when I need a weekend in the city so it was about time that she let me return the favor!

Today I’m sharing one of my favorite fall staple pieces, this v-neck faux leather shift dress. I always love a good shift dress, especially a v-neckline one. I have so many in different colors and patterns, so naturally when I stumbled on this faux leather option I knew it needed to be in my closet ASAP! It’s lightweight for faux leather, so it’s perfect for crisp nights and fall days but will so easily pair with a pair of tights and jacket during the winter. The best part about this dress? It’s only $17! Talk about a bargain! I paired it with this black and white plaid scarf that is so perfect for the season and goes with literally everything. I love mixing different textures when it comes to cooler weather so I added my over the knee suede boots instead of a leather pair. I love the way it helps break up the look. What do y’all think?
