Happy Friday y’all! I can’t believe a week has gone by since I hopped on a plane and moved to New York. I thought graduation week was hectic, but this past week takes the cake. If you haven’t stopped by in awhile (or don’t follow me on snap chat: kayleighmadam), I lived on a blow up mattress in my empty apartment for three days, then my mom got here on Sunday and the movers got here Monday! It took all of Monday to unload the trailer and all of Tuesday and the beginning of Wednesday to set up all of my furniture and things. After yesterday afternoon I finally had cable and wifi and everything (that had come in the mail already) is officially set up! It feels so great/beyond weird to have a new home all to myself, and in a city that I’ve dreamt of living in, but I’m so excited to finally have some home roots that look and represent me so well! I’ll be sharing more once everything gets in, I’m only waiting on my coffee table, vanity and wallpaper for an accent wall in my bedroom so it should be soon!
