Happy Tuesday y’all! I swear I always feel like Tuesdays are the new Mondays. I have SO much to get done today but I’ll feel so accomplished tonight if I get it done. Yesterday after my bestie, Ellen, got home from work we scurried up to 34th street by the Empire State Building to catch the Manhattan Henge, where the full sunset lines up with NYC’s grid. It’s always a must-see come July, and it takes over everyones phone screen savers! We got some great shots and just had fun with it, and afterwards went to a pub near by to split an appetizer and chat. We have so many things left to do before the summer is over! We’ve started our list and hope to cross things off starting this week.

Today I’m sharing one of my favorite rompers. I wore this romper out over the weekend, but it’s so perfect for really any summer occasion. It’s lightweight because it’s a sheer fabric and it has the cutest lace up detailing. I’m a sucker for anything lace up, so add a fun print and a lightweight fabric and it will be on repeat constantly. I love the contrast between the black fabric and white lace overlay, because it just makes it that much more summer appropriate. Being in NYC I love a good black dress or black romper, but just by adding another color to the print it makes the romper stand out so much more which I love! During the summer I always have a ton of white accessories too, so I wanted to tie the print of the romper together with my accessories by adding a white cross body and wedges, leaving it neutral and simple.
