Nordstrom Anniversary Sale: Public Access

Happy Friday y’all and happy first day of public access to the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale!! The next few days are going to be huge in terms of items that have been sold out from early access being restocked, and things will definitely go fast! I’ve done my fair share of shopping already, but this year I chose to invest in great staple pieces like this red coat for fall since I moved to New York and a great pair of Adidas Sneakers to wear as I run around the city. I’ve been raving about this sale for the last eight days but when I say it’s such a good sale I mean it’s seriously. That. Good. Whether you’re stocking up on fall necessities for your climate, investing in some designer goods or just impulse shopping some great sale pieces be sure to scroll to the end of the post to see all of my favorite picks and a full review of what I’ve bought so far! Have a great Friday y’all and thanks for reading!

rust

rust nords sale

I touched on the rust trend in a previous post earlier this week, but I just can’t get enough. I’m honestly about to pull the trigger on this suede rust colored jacket because it’ll make the perfect transition into fall when the weather starts getting cooler. There’s so many cognac/rust colored booties with a chunkier, more comfortable heel. I highly recommend these braided suede booties, I took pictures in them earlier this week and went from walking around midtown to the subway to west village without my feet hurting once! And they’re under $90.

under

nords sale under 50

If you’re just hitting up the sale for some new additions or back to school items I highly recommend the pieces I picked for my under $50 section. There are so many great simple tops with small details that make them so unique and on trend, but being at the $15-24 price point makes them impossible to pass up! If you’re on a college/post grad budget then these items were picked especially for you!

ww

While I don’t necessarily have a certain type of 9-5 job that I have to get super dressed up for, the sale offers so many great pieces for those friends I have who are working in larger and/or corporate offices! To be completely honest, there’s a pink pencil dress with cap sleeves that has my name on it, and I’m dying over this pleated simple black dress.

throw

I think in every post I always touch on the throw on and go concept. I’m one of those people who loves the extra five minutes of sleep and will do anything just to hit the snooze button one last time. In comes my throw on and go theory, where you have simple, chic items on hand that are appropriate for every occasion and easy to just, well, throw on and go. Most of these options are under $100, but I tried to keep most under $50!

twin

So like I said I’ve done my fair share of shopping during early access. There are SO many good deals y’all! I’m linking below what I’ve already snagged in case you want to twin with me! I’ll have a full post tomorrow reviewing everything that I’ve purchased so far.
