Happy Monday y’all! I hope everyone had a great weekend. My moms same into town and we made the most we could out of her short trip and we had such a great time! We were able to go to some of my favorite spots like Agave for brunch, Le Bain for some rooftop views, and The Pavilion for a great Sunday night dinner. We also discovered a fabulous piano bar in West Village called Duplex, where we jammed all night long on Saturday night and had the most fun I’ve had in awhile. Isn’t it always the best when family comes in town?

Today I’m sharing a fun summer dress that is currently on sale! I love orange in the summer, especially because it makes me look so much more tan than I actually am. Add a floral print into the mix and you have me sold instantly, but what I really love about this dress is the open back. It gets so hot here y’all, and when you have to wait in overheated/overcrowded subway stations you have to do whatever you can in order to beat the heat. Open back dresses with different details make it almost bearable for those heated situations. I had some questions on Instagram asking if I wore stick on bras with dresses like these and honestly I don’t! They would fall off anyways so I opt for either band aids or going braless-it truly makes a huge difference! With i being so hot I’ve been opting for minimalistic accessories to avoid discomfort, so insert these pink mirrored Ray Ban sunnies. They make the perfect accessory and jazz up any print or pattern, not to mention I love adding a pop of pink to any outfit! What do y’all think? Have a great day and thanks for reading!
