Happy Wednesday y’all! I can’t believe it’s already Wednesday! We’re at the point of the week where I start dragging and thinking about everything that needs to be done before the weekend, so today I wanted to share a little bit about how I balance everything from work to play. If you’re new to Kayleigh’s Kloset then you may not know that I work full time in PR in New York City. Every Monday-Friday I’m at the office from 9-6:30, and afterwards I’m either heading to a blogging event, home to work on blog posts, at a work event or if I’m lucky curled up on the couch watching Food Network. Working full time and blogging is super hard, but working, blogging and trying to maintain a normal social life as a 22 year old fresh out of college is even more challenging. I’ve teamed up with Centrum MultiGummies to share my best tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle while working hard and playing harder.
1. Designate work for work, and play for play. One huge piece of advice is to not mix the two. When you’re at work, be at work 100% and when you’re out with friends be with your friends. Don’t check your e-mail when you know your off the clock (unless it’s extremely, extremely, urgent of course), and don’t spend your entire day in the office looking at social media and texting your friends.
2. Devote your Sunday evenings to planning content. This is something I continuously struggle with since we currently have Sunday night football, but if you dedicate your entire evening to planning out blog posts, social posts, editorial calendars, and everything you have to expect from work for the week then you’ll be ahead of the game.
3. It’s okay to say no. If your friend wants to grab dinner and you’re at the point right before pay day where your bank account is super low, it’s okay to say no. If you get invited to an event for blogging and you know it’s a stressful time at work, it’s okay to say no. Don’t stretch yourself too thin where you wear yourself out.
4. Devote one night a week to yourself. My absolute favorite thing to do is lay on my couch watching Food Network with all 8 of my candles burning. It’s not much, but to me it’s relaxing. I try to do this once a week to keep myself sane and calm.
5. Try as hard as you can to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Ever since I started working I began drinking more water, portioning out my meals better and taking my Centrum MultiGummies Vitamins. Centrum MultiGummies Vitamins are easy to throw in my work bag or desk, and take my daily dose while I’m on the go. Centrum ® MultiGummies ® contain three natural flavors: Berry, Cherry, and Orange. Centrum ® MultiGummies are gluten-free and have no artificial flavors or sweeteners. Centrum® MultiGummies® makes it easy for me to support my health while enjoying my busy lifestyle. I never thought that little adjustments would make such a huge difference, but they really do!
Let me know if you have any advice of your own when it comes to balance the work and play life! Want to try Centrum MultiGummies for yourself? Just head here or to your nearest Walmart store.

I definitely need to get better about devoting one day for content. I tend to be all over the place! Whoops.
The only time I will ever take vitamins is if they are gummies.
