Happy Wednesday y’all! It’s a sunny, but cold day here in the city but something about the fact that it’s sunny makes it so much better. My girlfriends and I had Friendsgiving the other night and I still think I might be in a food coma! I always find it impressive when a bunch of 20-somethings can cook up a full blown holiday meal. I’m more than ready for this week to be over because we’ll be that much closer to the holiday break! I’m headed back to Oklahoma to spend Thanksgiving with my entire family on both my mom and dads side. I’m hoping it’s not near as cold there as it is here!
Today I’m sharing the perfect Thanksgiving Day Outfit, or fall outfit in general. This faux leather skirt is easily one of my favorite pieces I own since its burgundy and perfect for fall or winter. However, this top is actually my most recent obsession. I love tops with higher necklines that are perfect for work, but this top works with skirts, jeans, really anything. I love the colors in the pattern and think it would be perfect for Thanksgiving Day. If you’re in a colder area like I am, you could throw on a pair of burgundy tights to keep warm. I paired it with my favorite booties that are now on major sale (I may grab the other colors while I can-they’re that comfortable!). What do y’all think? Have a great day and thanks for reading!
