Happy Wednesday y’all! Kicking the mid-week off with a post surrounding one of my favorite fall trends – under the knee boots! We all know that OTK boots are going nowhere, in fact I wore my favorite Marc Fisher black pair nearly to shreds (the nail is actually popping through and stabbing me in the foot LOL), BUT when it comes to keeping up with new trends I’ve noticed more people are opting for an under the knee boot option this go around.

When it comes to under the knee boots it can be trickier, especially if you have a wider calf. They tend to rub if you wear them all day and don’t necessarily come in a wide variety of fabrics like the OTK ones do. This pair from Franco Sarto solves all of my problems because they fit great (also come in wide options) and are the CUTEST croc pattern. I opted for white because I was absolutely obsessed with my white cowboy boots this summer and what better way to transition them into another season?

What I’m loving about under the knee boots is that it shows a bit more leg if you’re tall like I am. I paired them with this embroidered dress from Zara and the distance between hem-to-boot is definitely more drastic than it would be paired with OTK boots, but it almost makes it more fun in a sense.
